Managing Occupational Safety and Health at the work place is that requires the commitment of the employer to complete the following 3 steps: i. The workplace must have a Policy Statement on Occupational Safety and Health; ii. Planning (including the implementation of HIRARC, training, instructions and auditing) on Occupational Safety and Health, and iii. To take remedial action for any improvement to be made.

Major Case: The employer must notify the nearest JKK office of any accident, hazardous event, occupational poisoning or occupational illness or may occur at work by telephone, fax, JKKP 6 or JKKP form 7. Minor Case: PTJ is required notify PPKKP of any accidents, hazardous events, occupational poisoning or occupational illnesses that may or may occur at the workplace or complaint of MOH through the JKKP 6 / Complaint form in the OSH Online System
All machines/ machinery must be registered with PPKKP through the OSH Online System
