ADMINISTRATION AND QUALITY SECTION

Introduction

The Administration and Quality Section is responsible for managing, planning, implementing and monitoring matters related to office administration, human resources, financial and manage that related to quality management system of occupational safety and health management office, UPM.

 

Role

  1. To manage, plan and implementing  Occupational Safety and Health training to UPM staff to comply with Occupational safety and Health Act 1994;
  2. Spurs, plan and implementing quality Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA);
  3. Planning and managing annual expenditure of Occupational Safety and Health Management Office using OSH main budget. Among them are Computer maintenance, assets and inventories maintenance, store stationary, records and inventories, petty cash, processing procurement, suppliers contract, photocopy machines maintenance, flight tickets reservation and asset disposal;
  4. To manage, coordinate and implementing seven days per year staff training requirements;
  5. To manage and implement quality management system MS ISO 9001:2008
  6. Coordinate, monitoring purchasing use of all fixed assets and movable assets of Occupational Safety and Health Management Office;
  7. To plan, manage and implement OSH programmes and activities annually;
  8. To plan, implement and managing OSH Month yearly;
  9. To manage all matters relating to OSH staff.
